Implementing New Abyss Design System
Harnessing the power of design systems to create cohesive, scalable, and user-centric solutions. At UHC, we applied the new Abyss Design System onto existing product designs.
Heuristic Evalulations
This was crucial as it provided a structured method to systematically uncover usability issues in our product during usability assessments. By applying established usability heuristics, I efficiently identified common usability pitfalls that hindered user interaction and satisfaction. This method promoted cost-effective improvements by focusing on foundational design principles. Additionally, this heuristic evaluation complemented user testing by offering an assessment that guided iterative design refinements, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring that the product was intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
Mobile and Web
Part of my responsibilities were to quickly translate web experience into mobile applications so that user’s had a more unified experience across the board.
